By accessing or using Fretty, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Fretty is an educational web application designed to teach users guitar improvisation by displaying the fretboard alongside backing tracks.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Fretty, you must create an account using an email and password or via Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. Billing, Payments, and Dodo Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your relationship regarding purchases, billing, and refunds is with Dodo Payments, and their Buyer Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Fretty, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed in accordance with Dodo Payments' buyer terms. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@fretty.net.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided on Fretty, including but not limited fretboard UI design, text, and graphics, is the property of Ilya Nerad or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not distribute, modify, or reproduce our content without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fretty is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilya Nerad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of Fretty after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
